By this application, applicant is seeking transfer of R.C.S.No.180 of 2020 under Section 1 of Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939, pending before Civil Judge, Junior Division at Phaltan to the Family Court at Sangli where the applicant resides. 2.

Though respondent is served, none present for the respondent. It appears from the record that applicant stays at Sangli with her two minor daughters and her aged parents. She is finding it difficult to attend the Court dates at Phaltan. Considering these facts, I pass following order :

Application is allowed.

2.

R.C.S. No.180 of 2020 pending before Civil Judge,Junior Division at Phaltan be transferred to Family Court at Sangli.
