Applicant's bail application was already rejected by this Court vide order dated 19/10/2018. There is no change in circumstances pointed out by Ld. Counsel for the applicant. The only grievance is that the trial has not commenced. 2.

In this view of the matter, since I was not inclined to entertain this application, Ld. Counsel for the applicant prayed for withdrawal of this application with the request to direct the Trial Court to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible. 3.

The liberty, as prayed for, is granted. The Trial Court is requested to take up this matter as expeditiously as possible keeping in Mamta Kale
