Learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 state that parties were referred for mediation. The Mediator has submitted her report in a sealed cover. The said sealed cover is opened. The settlement terms entered into by and between the parties is annexed by the Mediator, to the letter. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The Applicant is present in person and assures that he will abide by the settlement terms entered into by and between him and the Respondent No. 2.

Without going into the merits and in view of the settlement terms entered into by and between the parties, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall abide by the settlement terms entered into by and between the parties;

(iii) If the Applicant fails to abide by the settlement terms, the Respondent No. 2 will be at liberty to file an Application seeking cancellation of the Applicant's bail. 3.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
