The Petitioner is claiming multifarious reliefs in the above Writ Petition, which are comprised in clauses (A) to (L). Most of the said reliefs cannot be entertained in the writ jurisdiction of this Court. However, the only relief, we deem it appropriate to consider, is the relief sought vide prayer clause (A), which is a direction that the Petitioner's application dated 5th June 2018 be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. wp.2492.18.914.doc We are informed by the Petitioner Mr. Oberoi that the said application is an application for the custody of the child-Arya and which is to come up on 3rd July 2018 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Girgaum.

The learned Metropolitan Magistrate is directed to hear and decide the said application expeditiously and not later than 15th August 2018.

We clarify that the present directions are only restricted to the application dated 5th June 2018.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
