Addresses of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 mentioned in this Civil Application are similar to the addresses mentioned in the First Appeal Memo and in the Lower Court Judgment of M.A.C.T., at Sangli.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of Publication in Daily Newspaper, 'Dainik Gavkari' and etc.
