The applicants had filed Criminal Application No. 1403 of 2018 for bail. On 16th January 2019, this Court granted bail to the applicants subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions was their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- each, with one or more solvent sureties for the like amount. The Court granted eight weeks to the applicants to comply with the bail conditions. 3.

Now, the applicants have come up with this Criminal Application; they want more time to comply with the bail condition. As the matter was not on board, the applicants' counsel had it mentioned; so it was taken on board.

Yet when the matter was called out, none appeared for the applicants. Nevertheless, as the applicants' counsel mentioned in the morning about the urgency, I hold that the time this Court granted to the applicants on 16th January 2019 for their complying with the bail conditions stands extended by eight more weeks from today. No further extension will be granted. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
