The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the petition was filed initially for emergency parole and the Petitioner now intends to apply for regular parole. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application for regular parole.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for. If an application is made for regular parole, the same shall be decided on its own merits.
