The learned counsel for the parties i.e. Shri Rahul Agarwal for the Petitioner and Shri Prasad Kulkarni for the Respondent tender Consent Terms evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Consent Terms have been signed by the Appellant Pramod B Tehere and the Respondent Mrs. Megha P Tehere. Both the Appellant and the Respondent are personally present in Court. The Consent Terms have also been signed by the respective counsel for the parties i.e. Shri Rahul Agarwal for the Petitioner and Shri Prasad Kulkarni for the Respondent. To the Consent Terms are annexed the Aadhar Cards of the Appellant and the Respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the parties pray that the above Family Court Appeal and the Civil Application be disposed of in terms of the
Consent Terms.
The Appellant who is present in Court is identified by the learned counsel Shri Rahul Agarwal as also identified by his Aadhar Card bearing No.5480 6696 9995. When put in the box and queried, the Appellant stated that he has read the Consent Terms and he has also been explained the Consent Terms by his learned counsel and that he has understood the same. He further states that the Consent Terms are acceptable to him and he has signed them of his own free will and volition. The Respondent who is present in Court is identified by the learned counsel Shri Prasad Kulkarni as also identified by her Aadhar Card bearing No.2921 1363 9802. When put in the box and queried, the Respondent stated that she has read the Consent Terms and she has also been explained the Consent Terms by her learned counsel and that she has understood the same.
She further states that the Consent Terms are acceptable to her and she has signed them of her own free will and volition. The Consent Terms are paginated from 1 to 4. The undertakings in the Consent Terms wherever appearing are accepted. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
The above Family Court Appeal and the Civil Application stand disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
