The learned APP has produced for perusal of this Court the order dated 2nd July 2011. It records that closure of the case is ordered as against the Accused Nos.1 and 3. As far as the Accused No.2 is concerned, who is the only Applicant, it appears to us that he pleaded guilty.

In view of the said order, nothing survives in this Application. The same is disposed of. The Rule is discharged.
