This petition challenges the order dated 6 th June, 2022 in Appeal No. SR/282/2021/83 passed by the Superintendent of Land Records, Palghar.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the said order before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division. In view of that , the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

In consideration of the facts of the case, Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division. Shall decide the Appeal of the petitioner by condoning the delay in view of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, expeditiously and preferably before 15 th December, 2022.
