The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the cause title of the petition so as to delete the name of the petitioner no. 6 from the cause title. Prayer is accepted. Necessary amendment in the cause title be carried out forthwith.

2 907.6290.18 wp With consent of the parties, matter is heard and disposed of in terms of the order dated 08/06/2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 6131 of 2018 Sulabha Kailash Vaity and others V/s. The State of Maharashtra.

The said order shall apply to the present case. However, it is clarified that the restriction to respondent no. 2 from taking any coercive steps will be applicable for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 08/06/2018.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
