After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to consider the relief sought for by the appellant i.e. seeking his enlargement on bail, learned senior counsel for the appellant, on the instructions of Mr. Durgesh Ramchandani, appellant's nephew, who is present in Court, sought leave to withdraw the appeal. 18-APEAL-599-2021.doc The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the appellant is expedited. The learned Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within two years from the date of receipt of this order. Prosecution to ensure that they keep their witnesses present on the dates given by the Court. The appellant to also cooperate in the expeditious disposal of his trial. Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
