The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he is not pressing the prayer clauses (a) and (b). We accept the said statement. Hence, what survives for consideration is the prayer Clauses (a)(i) and (a)(ii).

As far as these two prayers are concerned, the entire cause of action in this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has arisen in Mumbai.
