This writ petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No. 1 to take decision in RTS Revision Application No. 2618/6518/C. No. 56 / J-3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the ad-interim order passed by this court on 10th July, 2019 shall continue to operate.

The parties shall appear before the Respondent No. 1 on 22nd July, 2019 and as such no Borey 1/2

The parties undertake to co-operate Respondent No. 1 in final disposal of the Revision Application within stipulated time frame.
