Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants herein are being prosecuted for the offence punishable under section 420 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants herein were granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 1/7/2016, which was extended from time to time. It is further submitted that the complainant and the applicants have resolved the Talwalkar 1/2

37.aba1049.16.sxw dispute amicably as the offence under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code is compoundable offence. It is also submitted that the applicants herein have filed petition seeking relief of quashing of FIR by consent. It is in this circumstance that the order dated 1/7/2016 deserves to be confirmed on the same terms and conditions except the condition Nos. (ii) and (iii). The application stands disposed of accordingly.
