In the present Petition, Petitioners are challenging the order dated 5th August, 2013 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Nashik in Revenue Appeal No. 166 of 2012 as well as the order dated 4th March, 2014 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik in Revision Application No. 335 of 2013. In spite of that, Petitioners have not made any prayer in respect of the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik.

Hence, Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh Petition for the same cause of action. To that effect Petitioners have given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Same is accepted.
