Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.288 of 2022 registered with Baramati City Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 384, 324, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.

Case of the prosecution is, the complainant, mother of applicant No.1 alleged that the applicant No.3 has filed a false atrocity case, assaulted and removed her gold ornaments etc. 3.

I have heard respective counsels.

Primarily, the dispute appears to be based on the professional rivalry and also claim on the suit property in the capacity of succession.

APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that investigation in the matter is complete and chargesheet is already filed. 6.

In the aforesaid background, ad-interim protection ordered by this Court stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

8.

Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

9.

Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

The application as such stands disposed of.
