On 22nd May, 2018 this Court made the following order. "This petition was called out before the Special Bench constituted to hear old writ petitions in vacation. When this petition was called out today and yesterday, on both occasions, the advocate for the petitioner and the advocate for the private respondents are not present. Hence, place this petition before the regular Bench." 2.

Today when this Petition is called out neither any representative of the Petitioner nor their advocate appeared. Since this matter relates to year 2003, it can not be adjourned any further. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
