Mr. Anbhule, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Mr. Anubhule, states that the proceedings in the trial Court have substantially progressed. The evidence on behalf of respondent no.2 is complete and the petitioner is to lead his evidence. The petitioner would probably be examining only two witnesses. In that circumstance, the trial is expedited with a direction that the same be completed preferably within a period of 3 months from today. (SMT. R.P. SONDURBALDOTA, J) (SMT. R.P. SONDURBALDOTA, J)
