This is an application for suspension of sentence and bail.

Learned APP opposed the application for suspension of sentence and bail.

For the offence punishable under Sections 353, 332, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code the maximum punishment imposed on the applicant is rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine.

I have perused the judgment and order of the conviction passed by the trial Court. In the facts and 1/2
Diksha Rane 29. ia 250123.doc circumstances of the present case, since the appeal which has been admitted, is not likely to be heard soon, the sentence imposed by the trial Court is suspended and the applicant be enlarged on same bail as before the trial Court with fresh bonds. The fine amount has been paid. 5.
The application is disposed of.
