This is an application for permission to enter the jurisdiction of Mumbai Municipal Corporation by the applicant/appellant.

Heard both sides.

Vide Order dated 9th July 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.668 of 2015 filed by the present applicant, this Court while releasing the applicant/appellant/accused on bail had directed him not to enter in the jurisdiction of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation except for attending Special Case No.18 of 2013 pending on the file of the Sessions Court, Mumbai. (10)APPANo.7672016 The Order dated 9th July 2015 passed by this Court itself shows that two separate offences are registered against the present applicant at the instance of the First Informant. The applicant has stated that now Criminal Case No.530/PS/2012 and 226/PW/2013 are riped for hearing and are pending at the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla, Mumbai. He, therefore, wants to attend the said Court.

In this view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to enter in the territorial jurisdiction of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation for attending dates of hearing of Criminal Case No. 530/PS/2012 and Criminal Case No.226/PW/2013 reportedly pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla, Mumbai. The applicant to attend the dates of hearing on the dates so fixed and shall go back to Panvel immediately on the very same day.
