Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, it may be noted that on the last date i. e. on 07.06.2019, learned counsel for the Applicants had sought leave to withdraw this Application for transit bail, as far as the Applicant No. 1 is concerned. Hence, the present Application is being considered only at the instance of the Applicant No. 2.

By this Application, the Applicant No. 2 seeks Transit Anticipatory Bail in connection with C. R. No. 25 of 2019 registered with the Cyber Crime Police Station, Rachakonda, District - Hyderabad, Telangana for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 417, 420, 468, 471, 370, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 18, 19, 20, 21 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the IT Act for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant No. 2 to take appropriate steps and approach the competent Court of law within the said period. The Applicant No. 2 is a resident of Mumbai and seeks transit Anticipatory Bail to approach the appropriate Court, for filing an appropriate Application seeking appropriate reliefs in the aforesaid C. R. 4.

Learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicant No. 2 is medically unfit to travel and is bedridden. 5.

Learned APP has verified the same. Learned APP on instructions of the investigating officer PSI Mhaske states that the officer has visited the residence of the Applicant No. 2 and has

also recorded the statements of neighbours which show that the Applicant No. 2 is bedridden and unable to walk. 6.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The Applicant No. 2 is granted Transit Anticipatory Bail for a period of four weeks from today i. e. the Applicant No. 2 shall not be arrested for four weeks from today to enable her to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs, on the following terms & conditions :- O R D E R (i) In the event of the Applicant No. 2's arrest in connection with C. R. No. 25 of 2019 registered with the Cyber Crime Police Station, Rachakonda, District - Hyderabad, Telangana, the Applicant No. 2 be enlarged on transit bail, for a period of four weeks from today, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/-, within one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) During this period, the Applicant No. 2 shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered this Application on merits.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
