The present application is taken out seeking amendment to the cause title and consequential amendments occasioned by merger of respondent no.2 with the State Bank of India. In the circumstances, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading this order. A copy of amended application be served on the other side.
