The matter is settled. The Award was in the amount of Rs. 8,58,000/-. The amount deposited inclusive of interest was about Rs 13 lakhs. The dispute is fully settled in the following terms: (a) The Appellant will withdraw an amount of Rs. 58,000/- only and will be entitled to the refund of statutory deposit of Rs 25,000/-.
