P.C:- Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties. The Petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2021 which is after some delay. But considering the fact that in a similar fact situation, this Court has issued some directions to the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation for consideration of the claim of that Petitioner, it may not be proper for us to treat in a different manner and so we have entertained this Petition.

The facts of the present case being similar to the facts of the Writ Petition No.4773 of 2017 and also Writ Petition No.5536 of 2021, even this Petition deserves to be disposed of on similar lines. Hence, the order:- 908-wp-5545-2021.doc S.R.JOSHI

(i) Petition is partly allowed and we direct Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to consider the claim of the Petitioner and issue requisite order of appointment to her, if she is found to be eligible and if there is any vacancy available. (ii) We make it clear here that we have not recorded any observations on merits of the matter.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No order as to costs.
