By this petition, the Petitioners challenge the notice dated 01.10.2015 issued under section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act and the order 19.01.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Pune under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

In view of an alternate remedy available to the Petitioner before the DRT, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.
