The Learned APP., on instructions, submitted that charge has already been framed in Sessions Case arising out of CR NO.497 of 2014 registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai. She, on instructions, further submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine 12 witnesses in support of its case. According to the learned APP, the trial may be concluded approximately within a period of 6months from today. In view of the submission of the learned APP, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial court if the trial in CR No.497/2014 registered with Mulund Police
