Perused the prayers (a), (b), and (bb) of the petition. The petitioners have not disclosed in the petition as to which selected candidates or which prospective security guards they are representing. The prayers made are very vague.

In the petition, there is an averment that 6,437 candidates have been selected. It is not clear whether any of the selected candidates have authorized the petitioners to file the present petition on their behalf or any of the candidates are the members of the petitioners.

Unless the petitioners make out a case that they are entitled to represent certain selected persons/ candidates, this petition cannot be entertained. Hence we decline to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition is, accordingly, rejected. 5.

This order will not prevent the petitioners from filing a fresh petition making out a clear case of authority to represent specific selected candidates.
