Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

By an order dated 24th May, 2022 this Court was persuaded to extend the time to surrender till 10th June, 2022. The Court has noted the conduct of the applicant. Thus, the Court was constrained to observe that if the applicant does not abide by the aforesaid order i.e. to surrender on or before 10th June, 2022 the appropriate authorities to ensure his con5nement in prison, awaiting the trial. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the intervening period, the applicant has developed certain medical complications and was required to be admitted in hospital. 4.
I have perused the certi5cate issued by Nikop Hospital, Phaltan dated 20th June, 2022. The certi5cate does not indicate that the applicant is suffering from an emergent medical condition. Vishal Parekar ...1

Having regard to the previous conduct of the applicant, as noted in the order dated 24th May, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the application for interim bail on medical grounds. 6.
