The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant Kamalavva Mahadevappa Chatrad, the sole proprietor of M/s. C.M.Chatrad has expired and he has placed on record copy of the death certificate, which is in Kannada language. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to place on record the English translation of the said death certificate within a week. 2.

In view of death of the applicant, the proceedings stand abated and are closed.
