The learned Advocate for the Bank states that the amount required to be deposited as per the orders of the Court with the Registry shall be so deposited on or before 11th October, 2017. The undertaking is accepted. The Registry shall invest the amount deposited by the Bank in a fixed deposit of a nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and thereafter, renew the same from time to time. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
