Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In the first session, the learned APP has sought time to take instructions as regards the progress in the investigation. 3.

This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to accused Nos. 3 and 4 in connection C.R. No. 115 of 2023 registered with MIDC police station for an offence punishable under section 304 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.

The learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation, the investigating officer has filed charge sheet against accused No. 1 Jitendera and No. 2 Mahendra only, awaiting final cause of death certificate. The applicants in ABA No. 1026 of Vishal Parekar ...1

In view of the aforesaid development, application for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted by this Court by an order dated 10th April, 2023 does not deserve to be entertained and accordingly stands rejected.
