This is an application for bail in connection with C.R. No. 25 of 2020 registered with Charkop Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC" for short).

The applicant had preferred an application for bail before the Sessions Court, which has been rejected by Order dated 24th February, 2020. On perusal of the said order, it is apparent that the Court had considered the fact that the charge-sheet is not filed though the statement of some of the witnesses are recorded.
