By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking permission to serve Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as per substitute service.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 by publication as per Order Sneha Chavan 1/2
