Heard learned special public prosecutor for the petitioner/State and learned counsel appearing for respondents. It is informed by the learned special public prosecutor that respondents are arraigned as accused in FIR No. 157/2019 registered at Agripada Police Station and presently are in Byculla Jail. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents on instructions submits that, respondents will not press bail application till 10th June 2019. He further submits that, respondents have no objection if the respondents are taken out today from Byculla Jail from 2.00 PM till

Bhagyawant 2/2 906 CWP 2855-19 6.00 PM for interrogation. It is also submitted that from tomorrow i.e. 7th June 2019 the concerned Investigating Officer and his team can take out respondents from the said jail from 9.00 AM till 6.00 PM for three days for interrogation however, respondents should be brought back to the said jail at 6.00 PM.

In the light of the aforesaid statements made by learned counsel appearing for respondents, it will be open for the concerned Investigating Officer and his team to take respondents from Byculla Jail to other places for interrogation. However, it is made clear that respondents should be brought back to the said jail before 6.00 PM. 4.
