It is informed by the petitioner who appears in person that the next date before the Trial Court is 9th August 2019. He submits that, police filed 'B' summary in CR No. 65/2015 registered on 13.03.2015 with Dehu Road Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under section 307, 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, before the JMFC, Vadgaon Maval, Pune. He submits that, though the said report is filed by police in the month of October 2016, the learned Magistrate Vadgaon Maval has not taken decision on the said report.

Though Respondent No. 2 is served by the petitioner and to that effect affidavit of service with tangible proof is placed on record, none appears for Respondent No. 2.

In the light of submissions made by the petitioner that the 'B' summary report filed by the police is pending from October 2016, JMFC Vadgaon Maval, Pune is directed to take decision on the said report as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 20th August 2019 and thereafter, sent report of compliance of aforesaid directions to the Registry of this Court before 10th September 2019.
