This Civil Application seeks impleadment of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2(b). Learned Counsel for the Respondents, who will also be filing appearance on behalf of the legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 2(b), who are sought to be joined as party Respondents, states that he shall be filing vakalatnama on behalf of the newly added Respondents shortly.
