Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

It is submitted on behalf of applicant that vide order dated 5th October 2015, applicants were ordered to be released on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each for a period of 4(four) weeks, and were directed to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount within a period of four weeks from their release on provisional cash bail.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that since he could not furnish the provisional cash bail in four weeks by the order of this Court, time was further extended from time to time,

Applicant has also contended that he has furnished surety before the Special MPID Court of which verification reports are already received and the surety bonds are in process of being accepted by the learned Special Court. However, since the time has expired on 4th June 2016, has prayed for extension of time so as to enable applicant to comply with orders dated 5th October 2015.

Having considering the fact that the sureties are already produced in the month of March 2016, of which verification reports are received, and the process of furnishing surety is in progress, time to furnish surety is further extended upto 5th August 2015.

Application is allowed and disposed off.
