Being aggrieved by the refusal of the release of the petitioner on parole for not furnishing the surety as ordered in the order of release on parole, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.

We have carefully perused the order passed by the concerned authority by which the petitioner was ordered to be released on parole. The said order is passed after scrupulously considering the application. The parole was granted on condition to furnish surety. The petitioner failed to furnish surety and therefore, the said order could not be acted upon. In our opinion, there is no illegality committed by the respondent. Hence, no case is made out to entertain this petition. Hence, writ petition stands rejected. Ethape D.A.
