Since, no Civil Revision Application lies against the impugned order dated 9th April, 2018, Mr. Dinesh Seth, the learned counsel Applicant on the basis of instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Civil Revision Application with liberty to institute an Appeal From Order to challenge the impugned order. 2.

Since the request is reasonable, the same is allowed. Leave is granted to withdraw this Civil Revision Application with liberty to institute an Appeal From Order against the impugned order dated 9th April, 2018.

Further it is noted that this Revision was instituted on 7th June, 2018 and was pending till date.

In fact, Mr. Gidwani, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 objects to entertain this Revision Application on the ground that the impugned order is appealable under Order 43 Rule 1(R) of Code of Civil Procedure.
