Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The impugned orders arise out of entry order to be made in the cultivation column of the revenue record.

Remedy of the Petitioner is to file a suit for establishing his alleged rights and possession. No interference is called for in writ jurisdiction with the impugned orders. By reserving liberty in favour of the Petitioner, I decline to entertain this Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
