2/2 (11)APPW-171-18.doc to the open prison, is rejected in December 2017 on the ground that he belongs to local gang. This statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has not challenged this decision.

While giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, we dispose of the present writ petition. All the points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
