Petitioners have filed this petition on the ground that while transferring them, the respondents have violated the GR dated 15.5.2014.

We are of the view that before filing this petition, the petitioner ought to have submitted a representation alleging violation of the GR as also about the personal inconvenience which is likely to be caused due to transfer order. Having not done so, we

54-wpst-17258.2016.sxw are inclined to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the competent authority of respondent. On receipt of the same, the competent authority shall examine the representation keeping in view the relevant GR as also the difficulties as may be pointed out by the petitioner. The decision as aforesaid be taken within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.

Accordingly we dispose of the petition.
