Learned A.P.P. submitted that, as of today the Petitioner herein has been shifted to Aurangabad Central Prison in furtherance of detention Order No.MPDA/1221/Case 410/Special Branch-3B dated 11th March 2022. The grievance of the Petitioner herein was with respect to threats and/or filthy language used by a Court Police Guard at Shivajinagar, Pune. Record indicates that, after the Petitioner was released on bail, the said detention order was issued by the Police Commissioner, Pune. 2.
