Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 at the outset has raised objection that in view of availability of alternate remedy the Writ Petition is not maintainable.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to adopt alternate appropriate proceedings.
