After arguing for some time, when I showed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. He, however, submitted that the anticipatory bail application pending before the Sessions Court be expedited. The request is reasonable.

This application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. Learned Sessions Judge is requested to decide the applicant's anticipatory bail application as expeditiously as possible as his interim relief prayer is rejected. The application is disposed of accordingly.
