The petitioner, by this petition, is seeking direction to the Investigating Officer to collect, seize the CCTV footage installed in shop No.100, Near Husaini Garden, Qureshi Nagar, Kurla (East), Mumbai 400 070. The petitioner is an accused in the FIR bearing C.R. No.200/2016 registered by Kurla Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. We are not inclined to issued any direction to the Investigating Officer at the instance of the accused. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
