Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant.

None of the learned A.P.P.s attached to this Court are present. It is told that Learned A.P.P. Shri Dedhia and Shri Agarkar have gone to Mantralaya for their interview. Investigating Officer is present. 3.
Learned Advocate for Applicant pressed for grant of certain reliefs. I have gone through the papers attached to this Application. Copy of FIR is there and copy of the order passed by the Sessions Court is there. There is a reference about recovery of video camera before the Sessions Court in Para No.5 dated 9th May, 2023. After going through them, I find that there are justifiable grounds for the Investigating Agency to arrest the Applicant. I am not inclined to grant relief. At this stage, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the Application. 5.
