By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the civil application, for bringing the legal heirs and representatives of the appellant no.2 on record and for seeking amendment to the second appeal.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and 1/2
61-cas1364-15 have perused the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms prayer clauses (a) to (e). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon all the respondents within two weeks from the date of carrying out amendment.
