All Civil Applications are preferred by third party for joining them as Intervener in the Writ Petitions.

The learned Counsel for Petitioner in all Writ Petitions submit that he received instructions from his clients that they have no objection in allowing all the Civil Applications.

Considering the statement made by the learned Counsel for Applicants, averments made in all Civil Applications and no objection given by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner in all Writ Petitions, I am satisfied that Applicants have made out the case for allowing all the Civil Applications. All Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus :
Yadav VG 3 31.caw.1424.17.odt. (A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to intervene in the above Writ Petition and direct the Petitioner to add the Applicant as party respondents to the above Writ Petition.
(B) The Petitioners to carry out amendment in all Writ Petitions within two weeks from today.
(C) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated above, the Petitioner to serve amended copy of Writ Petition on Applicants as well as Respondents thereafter immediately.
(D) All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
(E) Office is directed to place all the Writ Petitions on board on 1st August, 2017 under the caption 'for admission'.
